- You should have Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/EC/IT engineering.
- You have good communication skill (English Only) – both written and spoken
- You have at least 1 year experience working as a Customer Support/Service Desk Engineer.
- You have experience using MS office products and any Ticketing tool.
Job Details

- Involve in day to day interactions with clients and end customers to manage technical support and facilitate meetings.
- Coordinate with Remote and Onsite Engineers (Field Engineers) for interventions planned.
- Maintain quality of the technical delivery by engaging right technical resource and keep the team engaged till resolution.
- Reporting and maintenance of timesheets for engineers (remote and onsite).
